Creamy & Clean Return Policy

At Creamy & Clean, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@creamyandclean.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
