At Creamy & Clean, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@creamyandclean.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
